Adrienne’s professional journey reflects a deep commitment to both real estate excellence and the Steamboat Springs community she has called home since 1995. A Realtor since 1999, she has been involved in more than 400 residential and land transactions and is consistently recognized as one of Steamboat’s premier brokers. Adrienne has participated in over one-third of the highest residential sales in the Yampa Valley in recent years and has earned Steamboat Sotheby’s International Realty’s prestigious Global Summit Award every year from 2015 through 2025, placing her in the top 0.5% of real estate agents nationwide based on sales volume. Alongside Barb Shipley and Mikayla Totman, the Stroock Shipley Team brings more than 60 years of combined real estate experience in the Yampa Valley.

Originally from upstate New York, Adrienne earned her BA from Providence College in Rhode Island and a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver. Her high standards and consistent success stem from her diverse background, market expertise, and genuine ability to understand and connect with her clients.

Adrienne is equally dedicated to giving back to the community she serves. She was recognized as the Top Contributor to the Steamboat Sotheby’s International Realty Community Fund in 2017, 2018, and 2020. Her philanthropic involvement includes actively participating as a member and board contributor with the Rotary Club of Steamboat Springs, volunteering for the Routt County Crisis Support team, and in the past she served as a Board Member for Emerald Mountain School and Steamboat STARS, volunteering with Horizons Specialized Services and the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life.

Adrienne embodies the Yampa Valley lifestyle she so passionately shares with her clients. Together with her husband Ben, their children Ella and Koen, and close friends, she enjoys hiking, cycling, and skiing throughout the mountains that make Steamboat such a special place to live.
