Enter Adrienne Stroock. Not only does Adrienne come with high praise and recommendations from her long list of happy clients, but she's highly regarded and spoken of with respect by both her industry partners and competitors. Although real estate has become a tricky game with stout players like cash offers, quick turnaround, and low inventory, Adrienne pulled out all the stops and helped us acquire our perfect piece of property. She brought decades of experience, responsiveness, and personal investment to the field for a quick, seamless, and stress-free closing. Thank you Adrienne for helping us move towards our next chapter.Read more

Excellent support and very informative! She was available to answer any of our questions and guide us through the purchase of our townhome. She understands the tricky nature of the Steamboat Springs market and was confident we would find something we would absolutely love.

Adrienne met all my expectations for a highly skilled real estate broker. She was patient and reassuring when needed, deliberate, and proactive when needed. She is an excellent communicator who remained available throughout the process. I highly recommend her.

Adrienne went above and beyond in an extremely tough market to help us find a place. We had to continually adjust our criteria as homes sold often before they even hit the market. She was more than accommodating and processed offers and paperwork quickly and efficiently. We will definitely use her again in our next home.
