Stagecoach is a residential community located approximately 20 miles from the town of Steamboat Springs, adjacent to Stagecoach Lake State Park. This area offers myriad recreational opportunities like boating, fishing, ice fishing, biking, hiking, and more. There are several smaller subdivisions within the Stagecoach area. These subdivisions include a little bit of everything, property-wise: condos, townhomes, single-family homes, small ranches, “off-grid” properties, rural vacant land, and large acreage parcels are all options here.

 

This area extends about 15 miles south of Steamboat near the beautiful Stagecoach Reservoir. It includes areas such as Grouse Creek, Blacktail Mountain, Henderson, Stagecoach, and the town of Oak Creek. Stagecoach and Oak Creek have become popular among the locals for the substantially lower cost of homes and the availability of vacant land. This land was originally platted to accommodate higher-density housing near a proposed Stagecoach Ski Area. This community is located on the south side of the Stagecoach Reservoir near the town of Oak Creek.
