Barb Shipley

Barb Shipley has called Steamboat Springs home for over 40 years and has been in the real estate business since 1987. Barb started her career in the ski business as one of the first Ski Ambassadors for the Steamboat Ski Company in 1974 and then she and her husband John (the voice of the Steamboat Pro Rodeo) started and operated a small property management company.
Her knowledge of the resort rental market has provided a platform for Barb to assist property owners and guests with navigating the Steamboat Springs real estate market. Adrienne and Barb joined forces in 2009 and have been involved in 1/3 of the highest residential sales in Steamboat Springs over the past five years. Barb is able to offer a true “local” perspective to her clients, and she has based her life and business on a strong foundation of building relationships. Barb is known for her local knowledge, strong work ethic, and her outgoing and fun-loving nature.
